A photometric file is useful only when it matches the product configuration under review. Decorative families can vary by size, finish, diffuser, LED source and driver. Always record the filename, issue date and selected option in the calculation package. If a file is unavailable, mark the modelling assumption rather than presenting an analogue as tested product evidence.
For glare-sensitive environments, inspect candela distribution and source luminance alongside average illuminance. UGR may help with comparative reasoning in suitable geometries, but it should not be treated as a universal product number independent of room dimensions, reflectance and observer position.
